Video door bell/ Smart lock- Godrej or Qubo

We are in the midst of renovating our house and I’m intrigued by the VDB and Smart locks. Especially the feature- of being able to receive a call on the mobile when guests ring the bell and Smart Lock integration allowing to unlock the door or generate a passcode for guests.

However the reviews of the VDB are mixed making it seem unreliable. I’m also going to be placing a CCTV camera outside.

Please advise if I should get both VDB and Smartlock or should I just get the smart lock and use my cctv cam to see who is outside.

Also kindly suggest any models for both VDB and smart lock which have worked for you in the long run

AC for Kitchen- Hitachi Sumo or Daikin FTKM53xv/MTKM50Xv?

Hi, I know it’s another ac post but I’m looking to get a 1.5 ton, preferably 5 star AC but 3 star would also be fine, for our Kitchen. I need something that’s going to work in the heat and humidity of the Kitchen. Ofc won’t be using the AC while cooking or frying on the stove.

Which one would work better? I have a budget of 45-50k.

Also, if someone has an AC in their kitchen, any suggestions would be appreciated.

CCTV- CP Plus a good brand? Also the quotation seems really high, please advise

I am renovating our apartment, and planning to get a CCTV installed. We previously had it got it 10 years ago- was from Hik Vision, but they don’t have app support anymore and the DVR has given up and so have the cameras.

I have thought of getting an 8 Channel NVR, getting 8 cams through the house from CP Plus.

The vendor has given me this quotation but I feel it’s a lot more than what would be a fair price. Please advise.

Other option is that I’ll just get WiFi cameras for inside the house but how would that suffice for outside my flat?

I thought about getting a video door bell for outside my house but I do want a full time camera recording any movement outside.
