Score Report not appearing after rescore

I applied for a rescore and received an email stating that my rescore is completed, and I can view the updated score on the portal.

But on the portal it is showing that your score report is not available at this time.

Has anyone faced this issue? And how long does it takes to reflect?

Italy itinerary feedback – Lake Garda vs Lake Como, Venice, Milan & Rome

Hi everyone,

We’re visiting Italy this summer as part of a family trip through Europe. We’ll be traveling with a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old, so we’re trying to balance sightseeing with convenience.

Current plan (26th July - 1st Aug)
Arrive from Switzerland
Spend some time around Milan
Rent a car
Stay 2 nights around Lake Garda (currently considering Sirmione)
Possibly add Venice
Return the car
Take the train to Rome
Spend several days in Rome and Vatican City before flying home

Questions:
For families, would you choose Lake Garda or Lake Como and why?

Is Venice worth adding for one night, or should we spend the extra time at Lake Garda?

Is Milan worth spending a full day in, or should it mainly be used as a transportation hub?

Is Sirmione the best base around Lake Garda, or are there better alternatives?

Would you keep the rental car for the Lake Garda portion, or use trains instead?

Any advice for visiting Rome and Vatican City with young children during summer?

I’d love to hear what locals or recent visitors would change about this itinerary.

Family trip to Switzerland – Interlaken base and car rental questions

Hi everyone,
We’ll be visiting Switzerland this summer as part of a family trip. We’ll have a 3-year-old, an 8-month-old, a stroller, and several suitcases, so we’re trying to minimize hotel changes.

Current idea:
Fly into Geneva
Travel to the Interlaken region
Stay in one place for about 4 nights
Visit Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Jungfrau region, Lucerne, and nearby lakes
Continue onward to Italy afterward

Questions:
Is Interlaken the best base for this itinerary, or would you recommend Grindelwald, Wilderswil, or another town?
For a family with young children, would you rent a car or rely entirely on trains?
Which attractions in the Jungfrau region are not accessible by car and absolutely require trains/cable cars?
Is there a scenic train route that you would strongly recommend incorporating into this itinerary without adding too much travel time?
Any hidden gems around Interlaken that tourists often miss?

Would appreciate any local advice before I start booking accommodations.

Family trip to France – Paris, Nice & Monaco advice needed

Hi everyone,

My family and I will be visiting France for the first time this summer. We’ll be traveling with a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old, so we’re trying to keep the itinerary comfortable and avoid excessive hotel changes.

Current plan:
2 full days in Paris
Travel to Nice and stay 2 nights
Day trip to Monaco while keeping the same hotel in Nice
Then continue onward to Switzerland

A few questions:

  1. For a family with luggage and a stroller, would you recommend the train or a flight from Paris to Nice?
  2. Which areas of Nice/Paris would you recommend staying in for convenience and family-friendliness?
  3. Any common tourist mistakes in Paris or the French Riviera that we should avoid?

Thank you for any advice!

Visa Granted

Applied for a French Schengen visa through VFS in Saudi Arabia on 14 May 2026 for myself, my wife, and my children (first Schengen application).

We were a group of 4 and booked two close VFS appointments (2+2), which was accepted without issue as group of 4 dates were not available.

Application submitted: 14 May 2026 (All essential documents submitted as per checklist)

Passport dispatched from embassy: 24 May 2026

Passport collected: 31 May 2026

Granted a Multiple Entry Schengen visa with a 30-day stay duration.

Before receiving the passport, I was able to check the status of the Visa approval on EES website, which shows OK status, along with the duration of stay.
