I might've missed something in an update news but has anyone noticed there armour like not really decreasing in condition much seems like forever sense I had to repair it

So from what I've been hearing with the proper perk cards anti armour mod isn't really shit anymore? And to add to that how good is the crippling mod why doesn't anyone talk about that one is it pretty much shit too due to excessive amount of perk cards that add extra damage to limbs in a grouping? I use a lot of two shot explosive handmade for a daily and the basic elders mark/v63 for harder stuff

After coming back to Michigan from a week long vacation in ramah qubero grants haystack area I Wana go back so bad I have found that Michigan is shit compared to new Mexico the nature the people everything is a lot nicer there coming back to Detroit is a shot to the chest of dumbasses no common sense watsover ghetto ass bullshit all over the place this state sucks will never compare to the desert in ramah or zuni canyon or bandera nothing is as beautiful of a scenery to me than New Mexico I'd take it over waterfalls and muggy ass humidity of the north any day
