Hii Im looking for someone who could make me in around 1.5 week (max) a cosplay hat

I live in Germany, Bavaria hat 3d and 2d character
Im traveling by plane sooo need transportable I wanted to ask some Tailors through phone but idk german languague almost nothing... everybody hang up when I start reading german text Anybody willing to help? No need to be done 0 to 100 just done from bought hat to making those stars and zigzag good enough xD
