I lost access to the phone on which I had 2-step verification and can't remove in from my Rockstar account.
I can still login through Xbox but every time I submit a support request support just says " With the information provided, we are unable to determine if you are the owner of the account and are unable to remove 2-Step Verification from the account. " and close the ticket.

I can't submit a request more than once from a device I get the "Submission error Sorry, we ran into a problem submitting your ticket. " error, so I had keep changing devices and wifi.

Is there any other way to contact Rockstar support?
