If a OBC candidate's father is a working group B/C/D govt servant, then his salary is not counted for the creamy layer criteria. Why has the OBC proforma attached to the notification worded so incorrectly then?
"gross annual income" is not part of the criteria.

I did not write answers when preparing for pre (4 months), but before that I was doing DAMP programs.
It seems none has helped me improve.
I take 20 mins extra for half length tests. Quality is same as batshit and hand writing is even worse than last year.
Panic has set in. Everything I do I think I am doing incorrectly and hence focus has gone down.
What are sure shot ways to improve quality and speed in answer writing? Please share what worked for you and what didn't, I will try those solutions out.
