Lightsaber with D-Shaped Handguard?

I've done a bit of HEMA Saber fighting and would love a basic baselit lightsaber - durable enough for some light sparring. Are there any lightsabers being made with the kind of handguards common on (steel) dueling sabers? It doesn't need to be anything super ornate - although a rapier style hilt would be dope. Just a good ole' pirate-looking D-Ring would be perfectly fine. I'm also relatively handy / mechanically inclined if there are resources for how-to-build. Thanks in advance!

Sniper Grey Cerakote: Close Match for Colt Annodizing

Just got a parts kit in and some goodies today. I’ve ordered a raw M16A1 lower receiver and wanted to check the color. I had a couple slides on hand - Sniper Grey is a very close match. Sig Dark Grey Cerakote is a little too warm of a color (too yellow / greenish) to match this particular upper. More to follow on this build!

If anyone has input on SVG files for Colt Rollmarks or the best font to use for the lower engravings, I’m all ears! I have access to a laser engraver - so I’m planning on that route. Export / COTS M16A1 lower from Bad Attitude Department is what I’ll be building out.
