I have this set of Isco Gottingen anamorphic projector lenses and have no idea of their value or who would be interested in them, any advice/leads? Thanks!
I had a water leak in the ceiling of my basement bathroom ceiling from water getting into the fireplace from a bad seal at the cap. Not sure if it was slow over a few years or from some recent heavy rain. My inclination is to replace those Romex runs with a junction box in the top corner as they were near water and the plumber nicked one of them when cutting the drywall...is that necessary? Top subfloor is dry to the touch and not soft or rotting. Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated, thank you!
Contractor just removed old floor and will be replacing with Riva 8" engineered hardwood floor, which is tongue and groove. He's saying a thin layer of glue first to harden over the chipped top layer of OSB subfloor and then glue over the rest as part of install. Is that correct?
