Is it worth to replace a 5070 with a 9070 XT ? Need your suggestions.
So, i usually play at UWQHD or at 4K. Been noticing that despite the 5070 being a pretty solid card, sometimes i run into trouble when trying to deal with RT and FrameGen. The problem ? You guessed it, it's the VRAM.
Now, it also seems that the 9070 XT is very close to a 5070ti, the card i actually wanted to get before i upgraded. My only worry is that i'll miss out on the Nvidia technologies, including the VRAM optimization tech they've been working on.
Another thing that worries me is the hardware crisis, and not knowing when we'll ever get the chance to buy things at a "reasonable" price tag.
With cool and probably demanding games coming out in the horizon, like Witcher 4, the hardware crisis, and worry of missing out on cool tech from Nvidia, do you think it's worth going through the whole hassle for this sidegrade ?
Looking forward to reading your thoughts on this.
