Complete beginner here — looking for OTC nootropics for focus, weight loss, and social anxiety. Where do I start?
Hey everyone! I've been lurking here for a while and finally decided to post. I'm completely new to nootropics and honestly a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information out there.I have three main goals:
Sharp focus — I struggle to stay on task and want something to help with mental clarity and concentration during study sessions.
Weight loss support — Not looking for a magic pill, I know diet and exercise are key. But I'd love something that could help with appetite or metabolism on the side.
Social anxiety — This is a big one for me. I'm very shy and genuinely struggle to talk to people in everyday situations, small talk, group conversations, meeting new people.
