Garlic recipes?
I just finished harvesting my garlic. The past couple of years I’ve had trouble with my garlic not keeping long. It kind of dries up. I’m thinking I have some kind of fungus or vir. Anyway, I want to eat as much as possible before it goes bad. What do you suggest?
