Trifecta fly fishing

Anyone have any info or experience with trifecta fly rods? Ive been looking into getting a 7’6 ish 3wt that can handle small Maryland trout streams a little better than a 5wt and ive recently come across Trifecta. Since im 17, I dont have all the money in the world, and the cheaper prices are enticing. I cant seem to find much at all online about them and their instagram has a lot of ai junk which isnt a great indicator of quality. If anyone has some more information about them or any experience using their rods that they wanna share, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Ram

Thought this might be of interest. I was fishing in rural Idaho and found this dead ram caught between some logs. No clue how he got there but it was pretty cool

First time out

Finally got my new to me old town stillwater 12 out for the first time for a great evening paddle. It was slick calm on the upper potomac and the canoe handled great with 2 people. Looking forward to fishing out of it soon and many more adventures!

Old Town Stillwater 12

I recently bought my first canoe, mainly to fish out of and I can’t wait to use it for the first time. Between fixing the gunwale, redoing the seats, and some fiberglass work, it ended up being a bit more work than expected but it was a fun process. I got it all done in about two weeks and Im hopefully gonna be crabbing and catfishing out of it very soon!

Old Town Katahdin 12

Hey everyon, canoe beginner here. Ive been looking for a canoe to fish out of recently and found a Katahdin 12ft on craigslist. I know 12 feet is small especially for two people but I have seen a lot of people saying that the 41 inch beam makes it manageable, but just cramped which I dont really care about. I plan to take it catfishing on the northern Potomac and maybe crabbing/fishing in the delaware back bays. Anywhere I take this canoe will be slick calm 99% of the time and Im not trying to paddle miles or anything like that. Just a quick trip and some fishing. As a high schooler, Im kinda tight on money so this canoe fits my budget and its much easier to put on roof racks than a 17ft. Do you guys think 2 people could reasonably fit on this canoe and catfish or should I look for something bigger? Thanks
