In the "Buzz Lightyear of Star Command" intro and the opening for the pilot film, Wheezy somehow still has the tear in his squeaker if you can look closely inside his mouth. Either he tore it again between the events of TS2 and this film, or the animators didn't bother removing it.

Evolution of Woody models throughout the years

With my research, I examined each model carefully used in media and guessed correctly. However, do correct me if I mistook any models for the wrong years.

Later, I will be doing Buzz, the Alien, Jessie and Bullseye.

Character models from the 2005 DVDs

Shame that Pixar didn't use these models much. It's also a shame they didn't make a model for Slinky Dog, Woody, Buzz, Jessie nor Bullseye.

I also have a theory that Disney rendered these for the now-cancelled Circle 7 version of Toy Story 3 as it was undergoing production in the middle of the 2000s, given they also revealed C7 models of Buzz and Woody, too.
