Been dealing with this persistent pain for months now and it seems I’m making it worse with my lumpy mattress. I’ve been researching for options but I can’t seem to identify which ones are legit so I was hoping I could find some brutally honest opinions and suggestions here. I’m leaning toward a hybrid setup with a cushioned top layer over supportive coils. The Nolah Evolution seems like one option that fits that build but I'm definitely still looking around at other choices too. I just can’t decide between a softer plush feel or a medium-firm setup. I need enough give to relieve pressure on my hips and shoulders but I don’t want to sink in so deep that changing positions feels impossible. Thoughts?
