Reel submerged in saltwater

5 days ago, Kayak fishing and rod and reel fell to the bottom. Managed to fish it back up with another rod but it was fully under for 10 minutes. Shimano Nasci Reel, Bull Bay Banshee Rod. Once I got back to land, rinsed very thoroughly with hose. Is there anything else I should now after several days.

Which university graduate programs are most hirable?

I am going into my senior year of undergraduate as a mechanical engineer. I have had trouble getting internship notice due to many employers not knowing my school as it is a small T-30 school that isn’t well known outside of then northeast.

As I apply to grad schools I’m curious what schools have the biggest names and will be most hirable at big companies. Bonus points if they have a pipeline into certain companies or a strong network as my current school lacks that.

I am mostly looking into career preparation so mostly MEng. Here is my current list. I am also interested in robotics and medical instruments but have minimal experience. Please let me know your thoughts or if you went through any of these programs!

Johns Hopkins — MSE Mechanical Engineering, surgical/biomedical track
UC Berkeley — MEng Mechanical Engineering, Product Design concentration
Michigan AMPED — MEng Advanced Medical Product Engineering
Duke — MEng Robotics & Autonomy, medical track
Georgia Tech — MS Mechanical Engineering

Cornell — MEng Biomedical Engineering
University of Florida — MS Mechanical Engineering
UPenn MEAM — MSE Mechatronic & Robotic Systems concentration
UCSD — MEng Medical Device Specialization (Bioengineering)
Tufts MS

Drone Fishing with Mavic Mini

Hi so I have a mavic mini a very small 249g drone and built a 3D printed mechanism to hold a line and can drop it when I want. Thinking of using it to carry a bait or lure far out from the seawall or surf and then I can reel it in or let it sit. Aside from releasing a bait fish into deep water, what would be good to rig on it. (Lures especially, I was thinking a spoon?)
