How can I take care of my female best friend during her periods?

I have a female best friend and we’re really close. We talk for hours, and she’s comfortable telling me about her periods, cramps, pain and mood swings.

We live in two different cities, so I can’t really be there physically. I care about her and want to take care of her somehow, but honestly, idk how

Like, should I give her space when she’s having mood swings or talk to her/distract her? What actually helps when you’re dealing with cramps and feeling low?
