Two parallel lines on inner screen

Every now and then these 2 lines parallel lines appear on the inner screen. They wipe off super easily but I am a bit worried. Anyone know what's going on here?

How worried should I be about pocket dust?

Just bought the z fold 7 and wanna make sure I don't accidentally break it. I basically wear exclusively jeans and they produce a lot of lint. I already used a lint roller on my pockets but some dust still gets on the hinge and everything. Will the phone be ok or am I just too paranoid?
