Which peptide actually lived up to the hype for you guys?

There is so much marketing garbage in the peptide space right now that it is hard to tell what actually works and what is just overpriced water. I have tested a few different things over the last year, and some of them definitely fell flat while others completely changed my recovery routine. bpc-157 was the only one that actually did exactly what people said it would do for my shoulder pain. I am curious to hear from u guys who regularly run this stuff. out of everything u have tried, which specific peptide completely lived up to the massive expectations?

Insurance denied my claim (again). What is the best out-of-pocket brand?

UnitedHealthcare just hit me with a denial letter for my hearing aids, claiming they "aren't medically necessary", despite my official audiogram clearly showing a 40dB loss! I am absolutely furious and exhausted by this system, but I still need to be able to hear my coworkers. I’ve accepted reality and have about $1,000 to $1,500 in cash to spend out-of-pocket. I absolutely refuse to buy those sketchy, $50 Chinese white-label dropship amplifiers on Amazon. I want a reputable, legitimate company that actually has human customer support based in the US or the UK. What is the absolute best bang for my buck in this price range?

Cannot get my dick up anymore because of reta

39M here. Started reta about 4 months ago. Started at 272 lbs and I'm down to 233 as of this week. Overall it's hones tly been amazing. My bp is better and have no more cravings. I feel better physically than I have in years.

But over the last month or so whenever me and my try to get intimate.. I can’t get it up I never really had this issue before, which is why it's caught me off guard.

To add to this I have no diabetes. Not on antidepressants. Testosterone was checked about a year ago and everything was normal back then. I lift 3 times a week and usually get around 8k steps a day.

Part of me is wondering if it's the reta, the calorie deficit, stress, or maybe rapid weight loss messing with hormones somehow?

Has anybody else experienced this? Especially other guys around my age?

Is my marriage in danger? I do not want to be replaced by her.. Sex has been religious in our relationship and I’m afraid she will look for other options because I cannot give her what she wants all the time.

going on day 5 of not using the bathroom and starting to wonder if i should just go to the doctor lol

I know everyone says this stuff slows down your digestion but i am literally on day 5 of not going at all. I have been chugging water and i took some miralax yesterday morning but absolutely nothing is happening. My stomach is completely hard right now and im getting super bloated and uncomfortable. i really dont want to go to urgent care or deal with a doctor over this but im starting to think i might have to if nothing moves by tomorrow. What do u guys actually take when it gets this backed up? is there something stronger i can just grab at the pharmacy today cause im getting a little worried.

I'm in a clinical trial for a GLP-1 that I'm not allowed to name yet. Four months in and here's what I can tell you

I can't say which drug or which company because of the confidentiality agreement, but I can say it's a dual agonist that's not tirzepatide and not retatrutide. It's one of the ones you probably haven't heard of yet. The weight loss has been pretty good. I'm down about 18% of my body weight in four months, which is faster than when I was on Mounjaro. The side effects have been rougher too though. The nausea is more intense and it lasts longer after each injection. About three days of feeling kind of gross every week.

What's interesting is that I don't think the weight loss is going to end up being higher than Mounjaro at the one year mark. I'm losing faster now but I can already feel it slowing down. My coordinator said that's pretty typical for the faster acting GLP-1s, they front load the loss and then plateau earlier. I can't share the trial number or anything yet but when the embargo lifts later this year I'll post the full details. For now I'll just say that the pipeline is looking really robust and there are going to be a lot of options coming in the next few years.

I've been on reta for 4 months and I lost 25lbs in the first 3 months. Currently at month 4 and the scale hasn't budged, but my old jeans that were tight last month now button easily. My face looks thinner. My rings are looser too. I know about body recomposition, losing fat while gaining or maintaining muscle. But is that actually possible on a GLP-1 while eating in a calorie deficit?

We have two days in Chengdu and obviously want to see the pandas. Should we go to the main Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding right in the city, or make the trek out to the Dujiangyan Panda Base?
