Hey all

I have almost 9yrs of experience as ServiceNow dev and admin in India.

I currently earn 29lpa at a mid-size company. I am trying to apply for open positions at other companies.

I also have CAD, CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-RC , CIS-HRSD certs.

How much can I ask for the salary increment?

I do want to ask atleast 55 to 60lpa. But concerned if Servicenow devs can earn that much. Previously I did ask a company this much and they told me it's above their budget..and it definitely affected the interview rounds.

Also does anyone know any remote opportunities/ sites ?
