Email offering replacement box - is it real?
Has anyone received an email saying that VM have identified an issue with your box with recording and to click a link to get a new one? Wondering if it’s real or not… I did click the link if an earlier email that was the same but nothing happened, wondering if it’s spam or not… I have previously had the issue with recording failing and corrupting all my recordings.
