Hi Lofree Reddit, I come to you out of desperation!

I am having an issue with my Lofree Flow Lite where most of the F keys don't work. Its strange in that F1 & F2 don't work, F3 - F6 work, then the rest of the F keys don't work I think this is likely to do with Multimedia Keys?

I've tried to use the lofree key mapper software but that hasn't been able to help with a fix. I've checked the keyboard is in windows mode, and I've tried factory resetting the keyboard.

I've also tried removing any Function Lock by pressing FN + Tab.

In the lofree key-mapper it shows the Fn key being red all the time, is this normal?

I love the keyboard I just want to be able to use my F keys!

Any help would be really appreciated.
