Need help with this footage; Why does it look like this? Any solutions?
Can anybody help me with this footage? I don't understand why it looks like this. Curious if anybody has ran into this issue or has any potential solutions (premiere settings, encoder, etc).
Info:
- Footage is playing in premiere pro 2025 (After exporting the timeline the footage is also playing like this)
- recorded with Radeon ReLive GPU recording software @ 1440p60fps
- It plays normally in VLC
- I tried re-encoding it with shutter encoder (H.264), did not change it. (Or should I use a different codec?)
- I will try and provide more info if requested.
