Creator 5 pro, Temps on filament wont go to printer

This is driving me batty and I am really not sure whats going on.

So I have a Creator 5 Pro

Im trying to print with some wood PLA

It needs to print around 210 for first layer and 205 for the remaining layers or it gets stringy (ive verified this on my other creality printers)

So, in The FlashForge slicer (latest version, latest firmware on printer) I created a wood pla profile, set the min temp to 190 and max to 210, loaded the filament in the printer with a pla profile. I also set the aux cooling fan to 50% as 70 is causing it to cool way too fast

Slice it up in the slicer, and send it to the printer. Printer (after its painfully long startup) jumps to 220 and 70% on the aux fan.

I can, of course bump it down on the screen since Im using a single filament, but if im using multiple filaments thats a crapload of babysitting.

I, for grins, exported the gcode to look at it, and it has the correct temps, but I cant see what its sending to the printer when i click print.

What, probably painfully obvious, thing am I missing?

Edit: on the preview where it has the nice synopsis it shows the 210 then 205 bits as well.
