Hello guys. I got upgraded to HITK. Now, I wanted a refund for TMSL. I was in cse core. Do you know the procedure of how to get that refund? 50% 80% full refund, anything is fine. I just want to get the money back.

Got into TMSL. I could have easily gotten CS AIML at my rank, but I chose IT because I thought IT existed in gov college and has been there for decades and the core is better than specialization. But, now seeing yall describing IT as king von himself, I'm honestly in darr ka mahol. Is IT that bad? I mean ig it has a strict attendance policy, but that means it has better placements.... Right? Right? COMEON AT LEAST ONE THING ABOUT IT IS BETTER NO? IS IT HELL????

I preferably would love the lowest cost place. I have also one question, do i need to pay for food even though lets say like i didnt eat that day in that place? If so, then i would cook maggie or chatoo as breakfast, eat at college canteen for lunch and for dinner ig biy something from hotel outside. In that way, the cost would be low innit?
Please record the discussion. I forgot to record it on tmsl. Because, in any case if r3 doesnt retain r1/r2's seat or r2 seat allocation gets cancelled, then we can use the recorded audio to do something.
Currently all I know from the officer in charge is that, those who did physical verification in r1 and opted for upgrade in r2 and got the same seat, have to do nothing for upgradation to r3. And, in any case the r3 round did't get any seat, then we will have our old seat (r2)
