Pretty good C4 turnout at cars and coffee this morning.

Ran out of time to get a decent picture of my own car (last pic is the only one I took).

Picking between a 2023 and 2025. Has anyone had both?

We have a pair of EX-Ls we’re looking at. Both are right about $37k although I’m hoping to get them down a little by playing them off of each other:
- 2023, 20k miles, clean history, previously leased, at a Honda dealer and could be certified.
- 2025, 30k miles, minor rear end accident and repossession (obviously a concern), not at a Honda dealer.

I prefer the more-button/bigger screen layout of the 2025’s center dash, and I *think* I prefer its gauge cluster as well. I kinda dig the unusual shape of the 2023’s speedo and tach but when we drove it it seemed like it really wanted our attention with warnings and wasn’t great to navigate - but I don’t know if you adapt to that quickly or if it will bug us for years. Wife slightly prefers the exterior on the 2023 but we both know that long-term we’ll probably care more about the interior.

Does anybody have long-term experience with both? The 2025 is at our mechanic for a PPI right now so if they give it a thumbs-down it’s a moot point, but I’d like to get our decision going.

I’m also wondering if we should sit tight for a few months (we don’t *have* to purchase now) and see if we can get a similar deal on a cleaner 2025 in a few months, but that’s probably a question for the car-buying sub.
