I'll try and be concise and straight to the facts with bullet points

*budget 15k used bikes are also fine

*no experience riding fairly sure ill be fine

*strictly for my commute so no highways or parkways just local

*If the bike has storage would be a bonus im a LEO and sometimes have my gear

*My round trip commute is barely 20 miles
