I have a brand new CC2 this is my second week with it. But my issues started almost immediately. got few smaller calibration prints put through it no problems.

However, since those first few prints I have almost not been able to complete a multi hour print without error 1243. There does not appear to ever be an actual issue with the filament. I hit resume and it continues on until it randomly decides there is something wrong again. Pretty much each time I receive the error I end up with a layer that has poor adhesive or a gap due too not bonding to the cooled layer below. I can't watch this every minute to hit continue when it errors.

I have tried a few different filaments as well as canvas ports. I've been printing for quite some time on a older Neptune 3 pro but this is my first corexy with multi color.

I want to print a 22 hour print for my wife but I fear it will just waste my filament and time cause it will error 1243 and then end up with a ruined print.

The other unfortunate issue is that I cant even rely on being able to monitor the print all the time as the Elegoo matrix cloud service never works on this printer. It connects but never stays connected. Sometimes it's connected and doesn't display video. Sometimes it just wont connect at all and I have to power cycle the machine. Unfortunate as I'm coming from a older printer using octoprint with octoeverywhere and it 100% is connectable and controllable 100% of the time.

haha also.. I have not been able to get the darn printer to record timelapse videos either despite the option being selected in the settings and on the HMI when starting a print.

I have sent an email to Elegoo but as of yet have not received a reply.

I am really not sure what to do at this point. I'm kind of dissapointed with Elegoo and this product at this point. I really was a fan of there older neptune printers and have had near perfect results after getting it calibrated. I could trust that if i walked away and didn't look at the neptune it would be fine. I dread doing more than an hour print cause i'm sure it wont make it to the 1 hour mark.

I wish they would just fix these issues instead of releasing emoji printers.
