I just moved to Guangzhou and struggle a bit with making friends as I‘m not super outgoing and most girls I‘ve met since I‘m here are Russians who are not interested in connecting with non Russian girls. Does anyone know where I can find an international community for westerners?

Hi, I applied for the SCUT language program and got accepted but unfortunately I’ve applied for only one semester and now I wanna change my application and resubmit it. I’ve already wrote an email and a message via the application page but no one is answering me. Does anyone else had a same issue with contacting the admission office?
