Here is how it happened: a client in Brazil named Matos want some watches from me. We agreed on a price, but he had his client pay me via PayPal. It is worth noting that what he communicated to his client was the purchase of a crocodile-leather bag, whereas what he ordered from me was watches. That bag, which needed to be delivered, did not come from RWI.life. Later, he ran into serious delivery quality issues, and his client came to me. I found it very strange that this was happening. It was only at that point that I learned the payment for the watches actually came from his client, not from him or his friends. Regarding the two payments, only one was refunded. I need to state that first, Matos paid my refund via Alipay 20000CNY and asked me to refund US$3,000 through PayPal, which I did. He claimed that he would subsequently 3k refund the client by himself. It was only in recent days that the client found me.

First of all, I see the key clues as follows:

1. Matos sold a Hermès bag (which did not come from me).
2. Matos misappropriated the client's payment and used it to purchase watches from me. I had no knowledge that this payment was not from Matos himself.
3. Matos's client is asking me for a refund instead of pursuing Matos. I assume Matos has already gone out of contact.

In my view, the party responsible in this matter should be Matos, not me. If the products had order from me ​, or if the bag in question is matos had been purchased from me, then I would agree that I might have some responsibility to handle this.

This customer is going around claiming I'm a scammer and hiding key information - namely that the package wasn't purchased from rwi.life, or that rwi.life doesn't acknowledge Matos as our legitimate distributor. So I need to set this straight. If you can provide screenshots of rwi.life accepting the order, or screenshots of rwi.life acknowledging Matos as a legitimate distributor, I'm willing to cover all the refund
