Academic Help

Hello folks, I've been freed from the shackles of A levels (for now)...

So i wanted some guidance. My academics have been disastrous, dad forced me to do fsc after O levels. It didn't work out and he shifted me mid year back to A levels. After that stuff happened and I had to drop out in A2 due to financial issues and opted privately.

My subs are Math, business and urdu. I gave AS math and rest were composite, I had CS but dropped it last min cuz he said so :'). So now ill be giving the rest of math in oct nov

Now as i have some free time, i wanted some guidance as I have no idea how tf uni admissions work and have no support. Do I give the SAT or is it too late, i was told that no uni will keep me as my A levels aren't complete but I can't survive a gap year due to home issues. How do I Improve academics, and what to do instead of wasting time'

Please help this lost loser, Id appreciate it :') <3

How to deal with a sexist parent

My dad is hella sexist. Women should do this, men can't do that. It's irritating, bizzare and I can't deal with him constantly belittling my mother who is more educated than him. Even now at dinner, this man is sitting and spewing nonsense. He doesn't earn, doesn't help doesn't do anything besides watching tv and vulgar stuff

A while back my younger brother injured himself badly and my father just wouldn't stop with "men don't feel pain, don't be a sissy, this is what women do". Im tired of living in this dysfunctional hell hole.

How to ignore, or anything that'll stop me from spiralling
Also, kindly show a bit empathy and not make a joke of this, as people tend to humiliate instead
