I have the above mentioned disorder and I have two minds when it comes to my paranoid delusions. One side of my brain is rational and logical and knows its not real and is a delusion. The other side is locked in and can not be shaken from the idea that the delusion is real. Am I just delusional and self aware at the same time? Anyone else experience this?
