Skipping from Pre-calc to Calc BC

Do you think this jump is to big? As of a week right now im slowly to understand what the teacher has been teaching but only really struggling on the homework. Today the counselor called me up to the office and asked if I wanted to go down to AB but im split between this decision.

This problem appears when my mom tries calling someone on messenger

Whenever she calls someone this translator app appears and she cant answer the video calls or start them. Does it look like it could be a virus or something I can just change on settings.
