Ive been diagnosed with chronic migraines for 5 years now and i take daily medication because of it. ts affected my school attendance alot and sometimes even my exam performance (although i dont think my school actually has this in their system/ recognises the severity of my chronic migraines).

Should i declare this on ucas ? will i need a letter from my neurologist.
