i'm 22 years old, i had been training karate shotokan in my childood and i have trained at home for 5 years. Am i to late to start mma? next week i m attending my first trial lesson, what should i buy?

i want to start mma but don't want to stop doing high reps dips and pull ups.. Can i add them in my routine?
