It's insane to me how many people out there now believe that Tim Duncan was the best player of the decade despite never repeating and leading the US to a bronze in 2004.

Kobe was a game away from 3 peating twice, but apparently because he was on a team with Shaq the first one doesn't count?

I never hear about Parker or Ginobili being a factor in the Spurs success it was all Duncan apparently.
