Ribbon Rewards (Scraye). £25 Welcome Bonus and 1% Cashback on Rent Payments

I've been seeing more and more platforms offering rewards, cashback, etc. for paying your rent through them, but Ribbon Rewards (run by the estate agency Scraye) remains the best one, hands down.

They have boosted their sign-up bonus from £10 to £25 You will get this bonus for signing up with my referral link and for making your first rent payment through the platform. You will also earn 1% cashback on every rent payment

The service is completely free. You can also cancel anytime.

It works with any landlord, letting agent, or Housing Association.

You don’t need to show any tenancy agreements.

Your landlord doesn’t need to sign up, do or even know anything They receive the money exactly as they did before, as a normal bank transfer, with your chosen reference.

 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

How to receive your first £25

●Sign up using my referral link to get the boosted £25 bonus.

Please click here for my referral link

• The £10 bonus is added as credit to your Zable account within 30 days- as per the terms, it was pretty much instant for me.

EDF Energy. £75 Credit When You Switch

If you're considering switching energy providers, EDF will give you £75 towards your energy bill if you switch to them using my referral link

I’ve been with EDF for over a year now and they reduced my monthly direct debit at some point during my time with them . Of course, it depends on your individual usage, so it’s not guaranteed — but it’s always nice when your payments go down.

Also, they paid me to £100 to stay with them when my tariff ended last year!

Normally I switch providers when my contract comes to an end, always looking for the best deal. But the tariff that EDF offered me was the best in comparison to other providers, and they also paid me £100 just for staying with them! I cannot recommend them enough!

And their referral campaign is a nice bonus!

**Here's my link if you'd like to switch to EDF and get £75 credit

https://edfenergy.com/quote/refer-a-friend/nimble-rose-4003\*\*

I’d recommend checking the tariff and comparing the actual estimated annual cost with what you’re currently paying before switching. Many providers currently offer incentive for switching, just do it wisely and choose the best one for you.

The £100 is great, but the ongoing tariff is obviously more important than the bonus.

Here are very helpful comparison sites (you enter your post code, details about your current tariff and the site will tell you which one is the best for you:

●USwitch

●Money Saving Expert Energy Club

Even if EDF is only a little cheaper than your current supplier—or about the same—the £75 credit alone can make it worth switching

It’s wild how many people stay with the same energy provider for years without realising they’re overpaying!

Feel free to drop me a DM so we can stay in touch and contact EDF if any tracking issues arise.

I'm building my emergency fund. If you use my link, I'll also receive credit towards my bill so thank you so much, I really appreciate it

Fuse Energy. £100 credit When You Switch.

Fuse if back with their generous Refer A Friend campaign.

They are currently offering £100(!!!) bill credit when you switch to them.

My referral code DANIEL58412

**No one has signed up with my referral link yet so I'd be super thrilled if you're the first one :)

I’ve been looking into this and Fuse often comes up as one of the cheaper energy suppliers, so the £100 credit is a nice extra on top of potentially reducing your bills!

How to get the £100

●Sign up for a Fuse Energy account through their website/app

●Enter your postcode and select your address.

●Choose your switch date and gas/electricity tariff.

●Complete the account setup.

●When prompted, enter my referral code DANIEL58412

●Submit your switch details and pay your first monthly bill.

The £100 credit is then added to your account.

I’d recommend checking the tariff and comparing the actual estimated annual cost with what you’re currently paying before switching. The £100 is great, but the ongoing tariff is obviously more important than the bonus.

If you use my link, I'll also receive a credit added to my balance, so thank you so much if you do, and have a fantastic day😊

Ribbon Rewards Free £25 and 1% cashback on rent payments

I've just redeemed a £100 Asda gift card using points from Ribbon Rewards!

If you are renting in the UK, Ribbon Rewards (run by the estate agency Scraye) is currently offering one of the easiest free money available right now.

They have **boosted their sign-up bonus from £10 to £25** You get this bonus just for making your first rent payment through their platform, plus you earn 1% cashback on every rent payment thereafter!

‐-------------------------------------------------------------------

**What is Ribbon Rewards?**

It is a payment platform that acts as a bridge between your bank and your landlord. You pay your rent into a dedicated UK bank account in your name (provided by Griffin Bank), and Ribbon instantly forwards it to your landlord.

  The service is **completely free**

It works with **any landlord**, letting agent, or Housing Association.

**Your landlord doesn’t need to sign up or do anything or even know anything** They receive the money exactly as they did before, as a normal bank transfer, with your chosen reference.

Your money is held in a ring-fenced account with Griffin Bank.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------

**Step-by-Step Guide**

●Sign up: Use a referral link to ensure you get the boosted £25 bonus.

**[Please click here for my referral link](https://www.ribbonrewards.io/?ref=TERE37B8)\*\*

My Referral Code is **TERE37B8**

●Verification: Complete the ID check (Passport/Driving Licence + Selfie). This is standard for opening the Griffin Bank account in your name.

●Set up your payment rent amount - If you need to change your rent amount later, you can do so easily through their support chat.

●Set up your Landlord: Enter your landlord’s name, bank details, and the reference you usually use for rent.

●Test it (Optional): If you’re nervous, you can send £0.01 to your new Ribbon account. It will bounce back to your own bank account.

●Pay your Rent: Transfer your rent amount to your Ribbon account.

Payments are processed via Faster Payments, so your landlord isn't waiting around for the money. It's instant.

●Get Paid: Your 2,500 points (£25) and your 1% cashback will be awarded instantly after the payment clears.

●Redeem: Swap your points for a voucher of your choice!

Rewards are paid in points which you redeem for Gift Vouchers (Amazon, Asda, Uber Eats, Nike, John Lewis, Deliveroo, etc.). Vouchers are usually emailed within 1 working day.

\--------------------------------------------------------------------

**Referral Bonus**: Once joined, **you can refer others for £25 per person**

\---------------------------------------------------------------------

I know it may be tempting to just set up any amount as your first rent payment, take the bonus and ditch the service but I genuinely recommend it for long term use!

I'm also aware that you may be very sceptical about possible catch. Is your money safe?

Your money is sent into an account with Griffin Bank and then instantly transferred to your landlord.

**Griffin is a fully authorised UK bank**

It is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and regulated by both the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

That means it operates under the same regulatory framework as other banks.

\----------------------------------------------------------------------

I was personally very sceptical at first and read loads of reviews before signing up. I’ve now made a few rent payments and everything went smoothly — genuinely wondering why I didn’t do this earlier. **Getting gift cards just for paying rent feels like a win**🤗

Ribbon Rewards have a 4.7/5 "Excellent" rating on [Trustpilot](https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ribbonrewards.io)

**I'm building my emergency fund. If you decide to use my link, thank you so much!**

Yonder rewards card £10 bonus and possible £150 hotel voucher

This offer is not for everyone but if you’re planning a holiday this year and haven’t booked your accommodation yet, it’s worth checking out Yonder hotels.

**Yonder is a rewards card** that allows you to earn points and redeem them for experiences (shops, restaurants,  flights, hotels etc). **They are currently offering their full membership for 2 months for free** (normally £15/month)  if you sign up via a referral link (**and you also get a £10 when you spend £10 using the card**), you can cancel the membership at any time (make sure you set up a reminder to cancel it before the 2 months are up!)

I’ve recently discovered that one of the biggest benefits of the full membership is the Yonder Hotels redemption rate (it’s rubbish with the standard membership). You can use the points you earn to redeem hotel vouchers, and the value can be really good.

**I recently managed to redeem a £150 hotel voucher using around 44,000 Yonder points**

And the points can be easy to build up:

●You get 20,000 points when you sign up using my referral link

●You can earn another 20,000 points by inviting 2 friends (10,000 for each friend!)

●You earn points through spending on the card  (especially in the first 30 days)

You can even send your points to another Yonder member!

This is what I did with my partner. We both signed up for full membership,  I sent my points to him, and we were able to build up enough for a £150 hotel voucher!

There are lots of options on Yonder hotels, and you can often find the same hotels that are listed on Booking.com — so it’s definitely worth comparing prices and checking Yonder Hotels before booking your next trip.

**Full membership also comes with a family travel insurance!**

You can choose between debit or credit card – I recommend debit card to avoid hard credit checks.

**[Here’s my link if you’d like to sign up](https://join.yondercard.com/jjdf1u4)\*\*

The code is **JJDF1U4**

Thank you so much If you use it and enjoy your travels! Or just the £10😊
