Any x2 gents stage 1 only

Still waiting on a appointment to get full pathology on my 2nd cancer but out of curiosity I was wondering if there is anyone here who had bi lateral cancer and was stage 1 and surveillance both times?

Im currently stage 1 on first cancer and looks like the second could be stage one also (2cm semimoma)

Any 2x actually ever get away without further treatment? chemo/rplnd..

Cheers

Good call Oncology MDT

So I had a 2nd orchiectomy 11 days ago. Was a difficult decision to go ahead as I had no palpable tumour..

Initially I was told by oncology there was abnormalities but no definitive tumour. Microcalcifications/possible CIS and it had to go.

But then when being booking in for surgery I saw a urology specialist who is very highly regarded. He said its a rash decision to remove with no tumour and that he'd never removed a testicle without a palpable tumour or definititive proof from US scan.

He issued another scan and in the following up agreed that there was abnormalities but still was leaning towards keeping the testicle and monitoring with US every 3 months and self checks.. Obviously this was appealing. One less surgery and no starting trt for life..

Next appointment was with Oncology who again insisted it needed to go. Said the MDT all agreed but ultimately it was up to me..

Anyway went with the Oncology MDT had removal and just told today it was Cancer. 2cm Seminoma this time.

(First one was 1cm Non Serimona)

Really am truly shocked. I was expecting them to say CIS. Didn't think fir one minute that it was a active cancer. No lump. No size increase.. I now need to wait for the full report/pathology to see if it was contained LVI/RTI etc.

So if it is stage 1 Serimona I now feel like I've got double the chance of a recurrence (currently stage one surveillance for the non serimona removed in January)

WHat ever happens next ultimately the right decision was made and im glad Oncology pushed me to have the 2nd orchiectomy.

Brand spanking new

Hey all. New to the bitcoin scene. Never been one for crypto simply because im terrible with anything tech/computer related but started educating myself around early April.

Price was around £52,500.. Just yesterday bought £1000 worth @ £59,100 🫣

I don't regret missing it at £52,500 as said I was educating myself before I dived in plus im going to hold through thick and thin and pca when I can.

The app I chose was kracken pro and I just bought a Ledger nano s plus.. Just been getting to grips with that and registered it.

Tried to withdraw to it tonight but think Ill have to wait as it would only allow around £100 worth in withdrawal.. Seems I had to do perform extra verification before it will allow larger amounts.. Waiting on a email to say verification completed..

Question is am I doing it right? Haha..

Kracken was going to charge a minimal amount of bitcoin for the withdrawal..

Should I keep in kracken and buy more bitcoin over the coming weeks/months and withdraw to blockchain when at say £2000 worth of bitcoin to save on fees?

Any tips with anything is appreciated.. I feel like its my first day at school. 😬

Anybody else had this. So I'd made up my mind to invest in a S&S ISA.. All world VWRP nothing flash.. Just hoping for a better return than standard cash isa..

So had to wait until April 28th for Lloyd's fixed ISA to mature as to not lose interest..

Killler because the market was so low..

Then I submitted the transfer on the same day with T212..

And im still waiting for it to complete!! Each day I look the market is reaching ATH's and im still at the starting line trying to get off the blocks!

Anyway.. soon il be in.. rant over.
