Like most say on this thread, I wanted to get away from a smart watch with the constant notifications. Being a school counselor it was nice to get the texts I could glance at if I was meeting with a student or if staff needed me. After my first full day with this on my wrist yesterday, I realized I was off my phone a lot of the day. Being more present and “off the grid” felt really nice.
