I've been taking 60-80% courseload through my time in school; I thought this would be a non-issue but OSAP recently informed me this is the last year they'll cover for full-time studies. The amount of credits I need for my diploma would go into Fall 2027 part-time.

Basically, would I be able to apply to part-time funding even after full-time funding is over, or are they going to reject all funding applications for this degree?

My tutor isn't replying.

Do I reach out to course coordinator, department head, Office of the Registrar, Help Desk, or someone else?

I've seen this topic come up a few times but I can't find my specific question.

The original message I received from NSLSC says to contact the CRA over the phone, but the response I received following my inquiry says to call Service Canada at a completely different phone number.

Can I just request an amendment on the CRA site?

I'm stressed about this and don't want to wait until Monday or be on hold all day.

I had a very rough semester irl and turned in all of my assignments on the last day. One of them still hasn't been marked. I expected a little bit of a delay since I don't have "priority" anymore but this seems a bit long.

Is this normal or should I email the tutor?

I saw this listed in a course years ago as a tip but I obviously never tried it.

I know they need to be booked 10 days in advance but my tutor is taking a long time to get back to me for advice. So basically would it be possible to book the exam with no final submission or will AU reject it?

Has anyone taken this class and has any tips on what to study for? I couldn't find flashbacks when I looked and I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Has anyone had this before? This is a first for me. I got an email from OSAP that says bunch of stuff but the important part for this thread is:

"In order to continue processing your application, you must provide the following information to the ministry:
A completed copy of your 2026-27 Program Information Form completed by the Financial Aid Office at Athabasca University. Please contact your school’s Financial Aid Office in regards to the completion of your Program Information Form."

Is this just talking about the AU Course Registration Plan? I don't really want to write SFA about this if it's just that they haven't submitted my course info yet.
