First project: cooking oil labels

When the light isn't just right, our oil bottles are almost indistinguishable, so I made these labels as my first project! We just buy whatever neutral oil is cheapest at Costco, so that bottle couldn't be specific. I figured the cat looked bored, which is pretty close to neutral. My measurements were off apparently, so everything is smaller than it needed to be, but I think it still works! I had some hiccups in my process but am pleased with the finished product 😊

Keeping forearms clean

Hello! I just got my chair a few days ago. Unfortunately my medical providers have left me completely to myself in learning how to do this. I seem to have chosen a chair that's more suited for being pushed by someone else than independently used, but it's what I had access to. I took the arm rests off and that's helped, but after practicing today I noticed that my forearms are filthy in this sort of swoosh shape like the wheels were rubbing on them. I didn't notice that happening in the moment but I was also laser focused on not losing control going downhill or over driveways. Is this just wheelchair life or is there something I can do to keep clean? It's also possible that I just have the wrong kind of chair.

Can I refinish this and preserve the painted details?

Hello. I've got an old, 50's blaupunkt stereo that I'm looking to fix up. After spending forty years buried under newspapers in a basement, it needs refinishing, but I really want to preserve the gold stripes and logo. They seem to be either painted on or some sort of decal that's under the high gloss finish. Is is possible to refinish it without sanding them off? Thank you!
