We have a requirement to see if we can pass through 3CX dial codes (*83 and *84 particularly). Using yealink handsets, pressing the transfer button works fine, but if we put a complete code in eg. *83#1234# to warm transfer a call, nothing connects. It doesn't even hit the 3CX event or app log. Any ideas? I've looked at a few 'google' replies and some 3CX info but nothing seems to fix it. T33G is the handset. Scenario is external caller calling in, then person called needs to transfer call to another person. Could it also be perhaps not enough available lines?
