So, I have planned to shift to Faridabad sector 19 as my work location is in Badarpur and couldn’t manage to find any sweet spot to call my home in South Delhi.

Here it’s an unfurnished 1RK for 11k (100m to Badkal Mir Metro station) and I’ll need to furnish it up.

I need suggestions on -

1. Is the ask justified
2. If I shift there I wish to furnish my room, please suggest me cheapest of all with good customer support.
3. It’s really hot in Delhi, please provide me with AC rental options for a month or 2.

Locality wise I got no complain. But please tell me things I should be mindful about.
