[The boys] What exactly will happen to Ashley Barrett?

>!So, Ashley got impeached and removed from her charge after an unprecedent unanimous vote and political judgement. Looks like things point to her being jailed, but not sure.!<

I'm not from the usa, so technicalities escape me. I get she lost the position and associated power she was craving but seems a relatively soft punishment considering all the things she did and covered. I mean, since S1 with blindspot, it was clear she was indirectly responsible for a lot of shit eventually happening. But... how much would be covered? Could she be accused to accomplice in killing the president? Did the public and politics know about that? Technically she did help the persons who took down homelander, does any of that account for something?

What are the exact charges or reasons to be destituted? Jailed until she dies of old age? Death penalty? Or some months in a minimal security prison and go back to business?

First of all: who? These guys. Can you believe I couldn't find an english video of these guys?

Anyway, I get the message. Not all people are entirely evil, many villains are result of an unfair system and lack of better options. I get it, villains are also people and people are born good. I won't argue over that philosophical aspect.

But couldn't find better characters to showcase his point? They want us to believe these two guys had to become villains because they couldn't lead a normal life no matter how hard they try, but really? They couldn't get and maintain a job despite their incredible talents? Do they have some kind of mental condition or something?

I mean, the guy with a tentacle thing. Let's put hentai jokes aside. He only needs to wear a safety vest, a helmet and he could walk into any construction site, loading bay or warehouse. Fuck, even random stores could use his talents to move around merchandise. After the disaster caused by Nolan and every other random villain, there must be plenty of places where he could charge the tariff of renting a forklift + operator, or even only one and treat the other as bonus. Pay for renting the forklift, save the operator salary or the other way around.

And what about the magma guy? He can generate heat without a fuel! FFS, how much money do you think some companies would pay to someone who can greatly reduce the costs of purchasing and handling fuels? I'm pretty sure he would be the easiest one to find a way to earn legal money if asked to Cecil. He could ask magma guy to step into a specially designed chamber in a thermoelectric plant and there you go, free electricity for the entire city. Maybe not all of it, after all this guy has to rest, but if he could power a city for couple hours every day, he would be saving millions of dollars. Give a fraction of that to him as salary.

How? Why? What the hell is wrong with these guys? I know there's plenty of people who has to survive somehow, but these two are the absolute dumbest picks to say this. By contrast, imagine this: a woman. She's in a relationship with another woman and together fled an opresive country that would execute them for the crime of being women under the disguise of whatever honour nonsense. Point is they have no legal documents, have no formal training, and being women from another country, either they are treated as invaders or cheap targets for local pimps. If either has any sort of superpower, would you blame her for petty theft to put food in the table? Remember, we're talking about a person who has no legal documents to apply for legal jobs, and after omni-man incident, I bet the trumps of that world would be working extra time, so bonus points for taking a jab to those guys. I'm not a professional writer, so maybe my story would need some (or lot) of working, but also, I'm not a professional writer. I don't get paid for coming with this, so you would imagine pros have much more time and incentive to do what I did in like 15 minutes.

Isn't that hard to write a story about how society pushes some people into crime, right? So, why pick these two guys and try to make us feel sad because these morons can't come with a better plan to monetize their talents?
