Lots of arrogant/assertive/cocky/aggressive characters in this game you can crack the tough shell of (Panam, Johnny), get revenge on (Smasher), humiliate (Royce, Maiko), etc. Now Susie Q isn't an asshole, evil or humiliates V (though lots of players probably do leave the interaction with her definitely feeling humbled), but she's definitely super assertive and aggressive.
But the game just kind of... leaves it at that. There's no witty burns or quips you can humble her with in dialogue, no way to earn her adoration, no way to
"show her who's boss" or even push back like there is with so many other NPCs. And honestly, I prefer it that way because she's got the presence to back it up.
(Also she has more junk in the trunk than even Panam which is really saying something lmao)
