Question about the legality of PKSM mons?

I’m wondering how transferring mons between generations using PKSM works?

I want to bring my mons from gen 3->gen 5 up to pokemon home. However, the methods of using pal park and poke transfer seem very long winded and require two systems so if PKSM maintains the legality of my mons I’d rather do that.

So my question is, if I move a pokemon from gen 3 to gen 4 in PKSM for example, is that action equivalent to using pal park as far as the games are concerned? Or are there any internal data checks that will show it was not transferred properly and instead was injected into the new gen? Same for gen 4 -> gen 5 and then gen 5 -> gen 6?

Need help using luma to use cheats

I’m trying to add the no outlines cheat to my Pokemon Alpha Saphire, I followed the guide exactly from the wiki hacks guide (as shown in the photos) and when I go on cheats in luma it says no cheats found.

Any advice?

Never had anything like this before, unsure what could have caused it. I downloaded an SD card reformatting software yesterday but that’s about it? Should I be concerned? And what should I do?
