Not sure how it is for other countries (let me know in the comments), but here in germany the Year 3 Pass is on a discount for 20,99€. If you use the code LEGEND at checkout, you get an additional 10€ off the price. This means you can get the year 3 pass for just 10,99€.

If you are interested in getting the new RC playlist on day 1, that alone is a great reason to buy the Y3P now, since it´s very likely that the standalone playlist purchase will be added a few months later.
