I want to know your opinion on IEM's from Concept Kart
I’m planning to buy the CCA Phoenix IEM from Concept Kart.
If you’ve bought from Concept Kart before:
How has your experience been overall?
Have you ever faced issues with replacements, warranty claims, or general customer support?
Also, if I place an order using Cash on Delivery (COD) and end up wanting to cancel before it dispatches, is their cancellation process hassle-free?
