I'm 36, and ill admit I don't have a proper routine. Did one a long while ago but stopped. But im also on a budget and remember it was starting to get pricey, so what i use needs to be budget friendly. I don't look my age but I've committed recently to better certain parts of life i clusinf self care.

I do wear makeup almost daily. I dont smoke, and i dont drink alcohol or soda. I work out 5 days a week, and keep my diet in check while drinking lots of water. I do break out here and there, but mainly when I'm close to my cycle. I already have lotion, toner, and glycolic acid (only use 2 times a week). Im not consistent enough with sunscreen im afraid, I know i should.
