Received an email stating loans will be delayed until “The beginning of the fall semester“. Disbursement was supposed to be next week. A lot of people count on this money and they told us basically a day before? And other schools already have gotten their funds. Absurd.

Received a decision today that granted Lumbar strain 20% and lower right/left radiculopathy 10% each. However they did not backdate it to the ITF. And awarded based on mild symptoms but looking at the millions of DBQ‘s this claim has gotten. The latest one has moderate marked on all symptoms. a different dbq also states reduced reflexes and locomotion. Should I fight?
Short story is my claim has been stuck waiting the exams request closed. Exams were compl and dbq’s uploaded about a month ago. Called vera and they said they didnt know why it hasnt been closed out yet. Then they said one of their coworkers said they requested to be assigned to my claim to work on it. Is this possible? I finished up my c&p’s on the 13th of april and they were uploaded same day it seems. however my claim hasnt moved from evidence gathering yet. VERA said since the suspense date is may 3 no one will pick it up until then
