I was initially waiting but read elsewhere on the reddit that I waited too long to harvest. Is that true and do I harvest now? Golden teacher first time grow

I used hydrated Coco Coir as a substrate and now I have the lid cracked for air but I was worried I didn’t put enough dirt. Some of it is covered in the white but I put a 50/50 ratio but not a layer on top. Am I looking good or do I need more? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated as I am a first timer
